Online Consultations: If you are seeking online video consultations, you will be redirected to our sister platform (HomeopathyDoctorOnline.com). Online consultations and medicine delivery are governed by the separate Terms & Conditions on that platform.

All consultations are provided by qualified homeopathic doctors.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are booking on behalf of a minor or another person with appropriate authority.
• You are authorised to book the appointment on behalf of that person, where applicable.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Appointments may be requested through our website or by contacting our clinics directly.

• Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling by phone or WhatsApp. For urgent requests, calling the specific clinic is recommended, as WhatsApp messages may not always be seen immediately.
• Requests for cancellation or rescheduling should be made as early as reasonably possible.
• Rescheduling is subject to the doctor's availability and cannot be guaranteed for the same day.
• We strive to conduct consultations at the scheduled time. However, as our doctors may also be attending to online or emergency patients, consultations may occasionally be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and request that you remain available around your scheduled appointment time.

In-person consultations involve a thorough physical examination and detailed medical history taking at the clinic.

For clinic visits, medical advice and prescriptions are based on the symptoms, medical history, reports, and physical examination conducted by the doctor at the time of your visit.

Consultation fees are communicated before confirmation of the appointment.

• Consultation fees become non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed and the consultation time has been reserved for the patient.
• If a patient is unavailable at the scheduled time, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the patient. Consultation fees remain non-refundable.
• If a consultation cannot be conducted due to the doctor's unavailability, we may offer either rescheduling or a refund, as appropriate.

Medicines are prescribed only after consultation with our doctors.

• Medicines cannot be purchased without consulting our doctors.
• Medicines should be used only by the patient for whom they have been prescribed and in accordance with the doctor's advice.
• Medicines dispensed at the clinic cannot be returned or refunded once they have left the clinic premises.
• For patients using our online platform (HomeopathyDoctorOnline.com), medicine delivery is available only within India. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are governed by the policies on that platform.

Patients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete medical information.
• Informing the doctor about current medications, allergies, pregnancy, and other relevant medical conditions.
• Sharing relevant medical reports or investigations when requested.
• Following the prescribed treatment and follow-up advice.
• Informing the doctor promptly if symptoms worsen, new symptoms develop, or any unexpected reaction occurs during treatment.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the doctor's ability to provide appropriate medical advice.

Homeopathic treatment often requires periodic follow-up consultations to assess progress and make appropriate adjustments to the treatment plan. Patients are encouraged to attend recommended follow-up appointments at the clinic and keep the doctor informed of any significant changes in their health or response to treatment.
